Welcome to Sky Contracting

Sky Contracting has extensive experience in the asbestos abatement field, providing quality services to a wide variety of public and private facilities throughout the tri-state area including industrial and commercial installations, cooperative apartment buildings, municipal properties, and schools/universities. Our management and project personnel are specialists in their fields, adept at tackling an array of challenging and routine asbestos abatement issues.

Lead Abatement

Regarded as the number one environmental threat to the health of children in the United States, lead is more than a mere harmful pollutant. Due to the prevalence of these dangerous contaminants in areas such as schools and universities, hospitals, industrial facilities, and multi-family housing units, the field of lead abatement requires particular sensitivity and abatement expertise. ETS approaches such projects with care and attention, overseeing each effort with the strictest adherence to all state and local regulations.

About Us

Company Mission:

At Sky Contracting LLC, we take great pride at giving our customers a prompt, courteous, and professional service. We have over ten years in the asbestos abatement field and have successfully served many customers throughout the Tri-State area.

Our employees are licensed and insured asbestos abatement professionals who take the time to ensure that all the required procedures are taken for proper removal or encapsulation. For disposal, we use licensed EPA approved landfills and all generated wastes are completely manifested for your protection.

Why Choose Sky Contracting LLC:

First, keep in mind that most home repair or remodeling contractors do not have certification or certified workers nor are they equipped to work with asbestos safely.

If you hire someone who is not qualified, not only have you potentially subjected yourself and your family to serious health dangers, but also there can be legal problems because of local, state, or federal laws regarding environmental protection and workers' health.

If the contractors do not have the right equipment and expertise and do the work improperly, they will spread asbestos fibers throughout your home and the neighborhood. They may create an asbestos hazard where none existed or make an existing friable situation worse. When it can be crushed by hand pressure or the surface is not sealed, to prevent small pieces from escaping, the material is considered FRIABLE.

Remember, as the owner of the property, you are responsible for the safe disposal at an approved landfill, even if you have hired someone to do the work for you.
